• Contact details — name, company or plant name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number.
• Commercial details — bearing part numbers, quantities, preferred brands, delivery addresses, GSTIN, and billing information.
• Platform data — for SKUBIQ WMS clients, user accounts, scan logs, inventory records, and bin locations processed on your behalf.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use this website.

• To respond to price and stock availability enquiries and prepare quotations.
• To process orders, issue invoices, arrange despatch, and provide Mill Test Certificates.
• To provide technical support, interchange guidance, and after-sales service.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the SKUBIQ WMS platform for subscribed clients.
• To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations under Indian law.
• To send product or service updates, where you have not opted out.

We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By submitting an enquiry you consent to us using your details to respond to it. Where processing is needed to perform a contract or meet a legal obligation, we rely on those grounds. • Logistics and courier partners, to deliver your consignment.
• Authorised manufacturers, where required for warranty claims or authenticity verification.
• Payment, accounting, hosting, and IT service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when required by law.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain the business relationship. Transaction and invoice records are retained for the period required under Indian tax and company law (generally eight years). SKUBIQ client data is retained for the subscription term and deleted or returned on termination as agreed in the service contract.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted staff access, to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
