By using this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with Volks Transmission LLP, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. Specific written contracts or purchase orders accepted by us take precedence where they conflict with these terms.

• Content on this site is provided for general information about our products and services.
• You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape pricing or stock data.
• Technical descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are indicative. Always confirm critical application data against the manufacturer’s catalogue.

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or 7 days if no period is stated.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), ex-works Mumbai, and exclusive of GST, freight, and insurance unless stated otherwise.
• Stock availability shown in a quotation is subject to prior sale until the order is confirmed.
• Prices may be revised if manufacturer price lists, exchange rates, or import duties change before confirmation.

• An order is binding only once confirmed in writing by us (order acknowledgement or proforma invoice).
• Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or agreed credit terms. New customers may be required to pay in advance.
• Overdue amounts may attract interest as permitted by law, and we may suspend further despatches until settled.
• Special-order, non-stock, or imported items may require an advance and cannot be cancelled once ordered from the manufacturer.

All bearings supplied are genuine products sourced through authorised manufacturer channels. Mill Test Certificates or manufacturer documentation are provided where available. If you have doubts about the authenticity of any product supplied by us, contact us and we will arrange verification with the manufacturer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you when goods are handed to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed. Title passes on receipt of full payment. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

Products carry the original manufacturer’s warranty only. We will support warranty claims by liaising with the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover failure caused by:

• Improper mounting, handling, storage, or lubrication.
• Misapplication, overloading, contamination, or misalignment.
• Normal wear and tear, or modification of the product.

Use of the SKUBIQ warehouse management platform is governed by a separate subscription or service agreement, which sets out service levels, fees, data handling, and support terms. Client data processed on SKUBIQ remains the property of the client.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to products or services is limited to the invoice value of the goods or services concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, profit, or downtime, arising from the use or failure of any product.

SKF, FAG, INA, Schaeffler, TIMKEN, NSK, NTN, and other brand names and logos shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we distribute. All other content on this website, including text, design, and the SKUBIQ name, is owned by Volks Transmission LLP and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
